Office Innovations took on the Waterfront House project with the aim of creating an inspiring, high-performing workspace that balanced strong visual appeal with thoughtful acoustic treatment. Working closely with the client, the team wanted to introduce a mix of AllSfär products that would enhance the overall atmosphere while addressing specific sound requirements throughout the space.

From the outset, it was clear that a combination of solutions would deliver the best results. The brief called for acoustic solutions that were not only functional but also seamlessly integrated into the design, using texture, form and lighting to add interest and definition.

A key element of the scheme was the use of Öra V acoustic wall panels, installed throughout the project in various patterns, from boardrooms to breakout zones. One of the most impressive applications was a feature wall that included a fully clad door, creating a continuous, unified surface that showcased the versatility of the product. As demonstrated so brilliantly in this project, Öra V is a simple yet effective solution that adds just the right amount of visual interest to any wall.

To complement this, Diffuse acoustic rafts were installed overhead, adding both performance and presence. Lighting was incorporated directly into the rafts, creating soft ambient illumination while helping to diffuse sound in larger, open areas. This dual-purpose approach added character and practicality without interrupting the flow of the space.

In addition, Breeze Boxy Baffles were used to further enhance acoustic performance in zones where conversations and activity levels fluctuate throughout the day. Their clean, architectural lines introduced rhythm and subtle movement to the ceiling, contributing to a calm and coherent working environment.

The completed scheme showcases the power of combining different acoustic elements to achieve both design intention and functional comfort. By layering wall panels, rafts and baffles, the team at Office Innovations created a workspace that feels cohesive, inviting and cleverly detailed. The result is a space that supports focus, collaboration and day-to-day comfort with ease.
