AllSfär x MF Design Studio: Our Collaboration Journey
When we first partnered with May Fawzy and the team at MF Design Studio a few years ago, the goal was simple: create acoustic solutions that workplace designers would genuinely want to use. As workplace interior designers themselves, May and her team understand what makes a space feel welcoming, inspiring, and comfortable, as well as the practical challenges that come with designing modern workplaces.
Building on the success of the original collection, we were delighted to launch the next chapter of that collaboration at Clerkenwell Design Week 2026. The expanded Nature Collection introduces a series of new designs inspired by the natural world, alongside an additional colour palette and a refreshed showroom designed by May and the MF Design Studio team.
The latest additions to the collection draw inspiration from the landscapes and natural elements that surround us. Dallal takes its cue from the flowing contours of sand dunes, translating their movement into an architectural pattern that brings rhythm and texture to a space. Rain Droplets and Mizzle capture the gentle movement of rainfall across glass, creating designs that feel soft, fluid, and full of movement. Hill & Shore are inspired by rolling landscapes and winding coastlines, using layered lines to bring a sense of calm and balance into the workplace. Together, these new designs offer workplace designers more opportunities to create spaces that feel both visually engaging and acoustically comfortable.
Alongside the new patterns, we’ve introduced the Earth Palette, a collection of warm, natural colours including Linen, Clay, Plum, Vintage Rose, and Earthenware. Inspired by natural materials and landscapes, the palette complements the designs beautifully and gives designers even more flexibility when creating spaces that feel grounded, welcoming, and timeless.
To celebrate the launch, we also invited May and the MF Design Studio team to redesign our London showroom. Unveiled during Clerkenwell Design Week, the transformed space showcases the Nature Collection in a real workplace setting and brings the thinking behind the designs to life.
What makes this collection particularly special is that it has been designed by workplace designers for workplace designers. Every pattern has been created with a genuine understanding of how people experience space, balancing aesthetics, wellbeing, and performance. The result is a collection that not only helps manage acoustics but also gives designers more freedom to create workplaces that people genuinely enjoy spending time in.
