Acteon, a marine energy and infrastructure services provider, recently relocated to a stunning new office overlooking the River Wensum in Norwich. Their vision was to create a contemporary, functional space that mirrors the natural flow of water—reflecting their brand identity while promoting collaboration and wellbeing.

This was our first project with COEL, and we were thrilled they chose AllSfär acoustic solutions to connect the workspace with nature while managing noise effectively. A wide range of AllSfär products were used, including Öra 3D panels to bring texture to the walls, BreezeCurve ceiling baffles and Nexus ceiling grid to add visual interest and control reverberation, Blom and Pop acoustic lampshades, and Lull acoustic screens on tracks to create flexible, sound-managed zones. The COEL team chose a range of muted, natural colours from our range, including wheatear beige fleck, skua grey and heron grey to help connect the space with nature whilst allowing the wonderful river view to take centre stage. Creating acoustic comfort was essential in supporting Acteon’s hybrid working model. With a mix of collaborative and focused work areas as well as adaptable spaces for both private and informal meetings, there was a need to balance openness with sound control. Our acoustic solutions help reduce distractions, improve speech clarity, and enhance overall wellbeing— making the office not only beautiful but also functional.
