Stark – Proici
Stark has been helping businesses and organisations identify energy waste, save costs and reduce carbon emissions for more than 40 years. As an industry leader, they have embraced the latest technology innovations to grow into a data, insights and infrastructure powerhouse.
Proici were tasked with uniting two separate buildings into a single, connected culture, the design brief focused on fostering collaboration and creating uplifting environments that reflect Stark’s innovative ethos. Every detail was designed by the team at Proici to bring people together and support the evolving needs of a growing, agile workforce.
Central to the redesign was acoustic comfort and visual harmony. The nature of Stark’s work demanded careful control of sound without sacrificing openness or aesthetic appeal.

As well as office spaces, the scheme also featured more relaxed break-out areas, including Infra39, where AllSfär products were used to create a relaxed, social environment that feels more like a hospitality venue than a traditional breakout area. AllSfär’s Stratus modular grid ceiling system played a key role in achieving this balance. Its ability to integrate lighting and planting while attaching directly to the concrete slab above created a distinctive architectural feature, softening acoustics and introducing biophilic elements for a warm, inviting feel. With softer lighting, rich textures, and informal seating, the Infra39 space acts as a natural extension of the workplace, encouraging casual conversation, cross-team bonding, and much-needed mental shifts throughout the day. More than a perk, it’s a strategic investment in culture: a place where relationships can deepen and team spirit thrives.
Across the offices, Lull suspended acoustic screens and Flott ceiling tiles provide flexible space division — visually light yet highly functional. The Lull screens enable transitions between quiet focus zones and collaborative hubs, supporting a variety of workstyles while maintaining a cohesive design language.
By combining modular acoustic solutions with tactile finishes and strategic lighting, Proici has delivered more than just functional workplaces: they’ve crafted spaces that feel modern, unified, and enduring — an investment in both culture and performance. Stark’s teams now benefit from environments that are as acoustically comfortable as they are aesthetically uplifting.
